From today the portal page has changed. I cannot view my usage.

It is asking customer id for registration, which i don't have on my bill.

No town or city in West Bengal( Except Kharagpur) is listed in self care sites.

try again BSNL Portal with 14 digit portal Id and PW.
    Download NetWorx application from softperfect.com
to keep a check on your usage from today.

Use this till you get your bill

    1. Web Registration for Usage Alerts

Also download the web client and check.

    2. Use a good bandwidth meter. Shaplus or Networx will do the trick.

    3. You can also try this

    For BSNL Mobile Customer

Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 52295.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 52295.
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 52295 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 52295 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 52295.

    For NON-BSNL Mobile Customer

Step-1: Register land-line number by sending SMS "REG space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777 i.e.REG <STD code><Landline No> to 919448077777.
Example: to register land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS REG 05222345678 to 919448077777 .
Step2:After obtaining SMS of sucessfully registration send SMS "BBU space Landline Number prefixed with STD code" to 919448077777 i.e.BBU <STD code><Landline No> to 919448077777 for obtaining BB Usage.
Example: to know BB usage of land-line number 2345678 in lucknow SMS BBU 05222345678 to 919448077777 .

    @bubu
Just call 1500 from your landline and ask for your customer id.They have it in their records.

It appears from your bill that opening and closing meter readings are provided so your billing system is not cdr based as such you won't have customer Id only you have unique customer ID.

You have to check your usage by using portal ID and password.
