registration .....

    Previously I was checking may usage at but from previous month it is showing

    Dear Customer, Kindly use the below mentioned link for selfcare


    I have registered at this 2 and half week before but may account has not been activated yet and I am not able to see my usage.
    I have talk to local bsnl exg. they said they dont know any thing and it will be activated from BSNL Bangalore data center.
    usally in how much time they activate the account??
    Is there any email with which I can contact
    NIB II Data Center
    Data Networks BSNL

    about this problem ??

    Your location was included in above site ?
    check BSNL links in my signature links if seen )
    try some other thread for signature links..
    Complain ONLINE" to All India site.

    no my location was not included but according to local bsnl exg. i have to reg. at
    can u please give me the ONLINE" to All India site complain link.

    Call your local BSNL exg. They will give u a Customer ID. Register at Self Care link with this Customer ID.After wards call at 1500(toll free number) ,they will send u the password to activate the account.

    CustomerID is 8 or 10 or 12 digit consumer/customer number which appears
    in your Telephone Bill.
    2. Password normally expected to be sent to the email address you, provide when registering in SelfCare sites.
    ( check spam folder also)
    3. If your location, does not appear, better to complain "ONLINE"
    as local exchange is not allotting PW.

    If u want to check your usage then i can help you. tell me your i will tell u how much usage you have used in ur plan.

    yes I have complain online at--
    and my complain has been forward to local exg. and they are repeating their words they don't know about this..
    and on calling 1500 no body responds..

    You can mention your location and the circle (exchange)
    Did you get a 14 digit alphanumeric Usage portal ID and
    default PW as password ?(from your telephone exchange)
    Then check in BSNL Portal

    If after logging in you are redirected to enter in selfcare
    website,make fresh complaint to AllIndiaWebSite,quoting
    old number.

    Thanks a lot for your support ...well circle is up(w) and I think after it is included in the list shown on portal then the accounts will be activated for the circle .:)

    I also have the same problem and cant see my usage as I went bsnl exg. and get information that they are changing a old billing system and aquaring a new billing system there4 they r building a new computers, and therefore they have stopped the service. As I not have a customer id in my telephone bill they told that u will get customer id when u will get a new upcoming bill.

    and now i have to wait, and lets see what happen next after registering at think the problem may not be solve again :rolleyes:

    Inability To Register - due to Non-Receipt of e-mail from

    Even I have experienced the same problem just now!
    After registering, the message says " An e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address..... unless you activate through that mail-link, you can't use it!! But NO EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED!!!

    If you had registered at the BSNL self care portal, and still did not get an email giving details of the Password, Please try your local exchange Broadband section. or register a complaint here.

    2. Please activate the email ( link ) from this Forum , as mentioned above for participating in Forum activities.
    This forum is not connected . to BSNL in any way.

    3.You can keep track of your usage with this popular meter.
    Networx. or Shaplus.

    4. Sometimes the mail from BSNL could have landed in "SPAM" mail folder. ( depending on your email applications / settings )

    It has become very difficult to check the usage of the account even after registration no solution has arrived.The account is registered still it is not responding

    Account usage check is usually difficult from 27th till 3rd.
