Not able to open site, error code 678

    We have two connection of bsnl broad band one is older and another is recently register, from my netgear router the older is running well with no problem but the newer one is not able to connect or open the site, I am carefully entering username and password while configuring my netgear as always on. Pl. guide

    Mention model/make/number of Netgear. DG834 ?
    Are you using a separate ADSL modem also ?
    you cannot have duplicate settings with same vpi/vci 0_35

    I am not using both the connection simutaneously

    1. My netgear model is DG834 Gv4
    2. I am not using separate ADSL model
    3. I am using only one connection as one time, old connection I used only for checking if there is any telephone line problem or not ? As it is working, I conclude there is no telephone line problem.

    TEST:
    Connect telephone line (NEW) to Netgear.
    open router menu:
    enter new userid PW
    save

    open router status page
    click connection status.
    new window opens
    click " release Ip address
    wait
    again click renew Ip address.
