Bad service from SIFY

  1. SIFY is not doing a good business. SIFY has found an inovative way to by passing on the blame to the CTO (local service provider). This way, the customer remains confused whom to blame.

    When CTO’s is Mumbai don’t charge any additional charges why CTO is Ghaziabad should charge. We find only SIFY at fault for all this.

    One of the SIFY customer executive told us on phone that this extra Rs. 100 shall not be charged from Oct’05 onwards but no one in SIFY is reday to give it in writing.

    It’s terrible.
